Seasons Change Collection- Coming 11/29/2022

The “Seasons Change” collection is being created as I type this out. I would love to share my thoughts and inspiration with you so far. I hope you find peace and connection within these words and photos. These paintings will be available for purchase on 11/29/22. Thank you for being here!

As the seasons change in Mother Nature and in your life, this new rhythm is welcomed with open arms.

Crisp airy walks spent admiring the change around you.

Earthy colors of the fallen leaves crunching beneath your feet.

Pausing for a moment to take in that indescribable nature smell you love so much.

While appreciating the transition from summer to fall, you think about the changes you’re enduring in your life.

Big or small.

Mother Nature is changing in beautiful ways around you.

You follow her lead.

Switching up the route on your daily walk sparks the discovery of a quaint pond you never knew existed.

Following your heart to pursue your passion leads to unimaginable outcomes.

Slowing down to notice these changes offers you a sense of connection to the earth and yourself.

The “Seasons Change” collection is inspired by the transition from Summer to Fall. My favorite seasonal change. Especially this year since I’m expecting a baby girl at the end of December! A massive seasonal change in my life.

Physically, these paintings represent the beautiful details found in nature. The fallen leaves. The acorns. The tree bark. Next time you’re on a walk grab a leaf and look at how pretty it is up close.

Emotionally, these paintings represent change. Big or small. The seasonal change I’m about to experience is BIG! Welcoming my first baby into the world.

Creating this collection with her growing inside me has been so special. I will cherish every moment of it.

The Materials

All of the paintings are created on wooden panels layered with stunning textures and earthy tones resulting from fabric from Thailand, sand, limestone powder, coffee grounds, coffee filters, teabag paper, acrylic ink, and pastel.

Each painting is unique and may use all of the materials above or only a few.
